WPX cash out?

I am trying to cash out on wpx, my balance is 1100, but the "available cash out amount" is different.... support has been of no help... has anyone else had this prob?

also, what is the difference with "session balance" and "account balance" on the wpx client? this always bugs me...

You cant withdraw your session balance. Just log out and log back in.
