Well if you checked to disguise your hand/induce a river move by villain, then you have to call here. Seems like a really passive line to take with KQ (specifically the check on the turn). I think this hand is much closer to a fold if you bet the turn and he calls again.

i think if you are going to play this hand, it has to be a call...if you have a laggy image i can see a hand like AQ or QJ playing it this way...
