From what I understand several/many people who have *s who are infrequent OOT posters but frequent posters in other forums have their *s moved to their user notes, and their custom/normal titles restored. I might be mistaken about this, but I'm >50% sure I'm right.

Mat recently made a rule regarding moderator behaviour. No mod can undo another mod's actions. Only admins and the original mod can undo this star.
