Question about 2+2 indexers
Hello all,
For a graduate class I'm taking on indexing and abstracting, I'm writing a report on the particulars of indexing poker strategy books. I'm focusing on 2+2 books because that's all I read and am familiar with. If possible, I'd love to have some first-hand insight from the actual indexers, but I can't find any names or contact information about who did the indexing on the 2+2 books I'm looking at (TOP, NLH:T&P, HoH). Does anyone know offhand a good way to find out, or would PM'ing the authors be the recommended method? Thanks very much, Charlie |

Re: Question about 2+2 indexers
I think Ed Miller may have done the index for at least one of the Harrington books, so presumably for his own books as well. I doubt you can reach him through 2+2, but you can try emailing him through the address on his site:
http://www.notedpokerauthority.com I see he has converted his site to a blog. I'm off to check it out! |

Re: Question about 2+2 indexers
Hi c stop:
I'm sorry, but while we at Two Plus Two are very proud that it is an open coming with very little information held close to the vest, you have actually hit upon one of these areas. So no one representing us will comment one way or another concerning anything about the indexes in our books, plus I don't want to embarrass myself for not doing this job as well as some others might do it. Best wishes, Mason |
