Default Kobayashi to win Hamburger Eating Championship

Bodog has 1/7 on Kobayashi to win the Krystal Square Off III World Hamburger Eating Championship

Free money? You be the judge.

Please don't jump down my throat if you lose, I highly doubt this is a so-called "trap line"

and fyi i bet the moneyline and the spread on clemson too

i posted about this here a few days ago when you could get 11:9 on your money. it wouldn't surprise me if 1:7 still had value though... it seems like kobayashi takes this down most of the time.

I got in at 1/1 but I'd still take him at 1/7.

Wait for Iggymcfly to tell you that Kobayashi is a sure thing, and then bet against him.

i think 1/7 was not great odds. the other american guy looks like a real challenger down the line. kobayashi should be a big favorite but at 1/7 i think the value is no longer there.

still a good win for everyone who had him this time.

No fair. I never said Clemson was a sure thing. Just kept refuting everyone's arguments on Va. Tech because they were so simplistic. If someone had said "Clemson's passing game hasn't done anything all year against a good opponent, and VT's run defense is much better than their pass defense", I might have listened. Instead, it was all "VT's at home!" "VT beat Miami as a home dog in 1992!" What am I supposed to say to that?

So Kabayashi didn't "choke"? That American will pass him within the next year in multiple eating Championships.
