They have the travel gift-cards before you get to concierge level.

30k points for a $500 gift-card.

Not sure how good the travel-service they are affiliated with is however.
But I intend to find out shortly as I would like for my points to cover our January trip to South America.

If the price they offer is significantly worse than what I see online on cheapseats or something I will likely take a pass.

Bob if you do take the plunge please give us your opinions upon return if you would be so kind. those 500 gift cards look like the way to go for us non supernovas. im assuming they are good for airfare and hotels.

The cards are a gift certificate for a trip planning service from one of the online travel companies. Sort of like a "VIP" expedia or something. You can use them to cover everything from your flight to your entertainment on saturday night.

"I would say you need to book at least two months in advance."

that is taken from one of my inquiries with this travel agent, and the reason for me declining their business... just something to keep in mind.

OK damn it, GET RID OF THAT IDIOTIC POP-UP before each and every STT about disconnect protection or whatever.

That shizzle STEALS THE FOCUS and MAKES ME BET THE WRONG AMOUNT at other tables.

It's costing me money and is TOTALLY USELESS.

I multitable the 15+1 Turbo SnGs and get caught often in a race to enter the next one with others and usually get stuck with a 'registration closed' sign when I'm not fast enough.

[/ QUOTE ]
For SNGs, instead of the unhelpful "registration closed" sign, players should get a helpful dialogue box saying "registration closed; register for the next $30+3 Omaha 9-player sit-and-go? yes/no".

Come year end I gotta start all over for SuperNova? How about a 1 month extension, something? anything? Please! It's gonna be a ***** if I can get close, and then have to start over, which will take about 3 months.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is a good point. I've been playing all year and am on track for about 75000 VPP by the end of December. It seems unfair that I'll be three-quarters of the way to Supernova and then have to start from scratch in 2007.

I would suggest changing the rules so that you become SuperNova by accumulating 100,000 points in any consecutive twelve months. So in my case, for example, I could keep all of my annual VPP count in January 2007, except for those I earned in January 2006.

I would like to look at your account. Are you saying you would be able to make the 100K in 12 months with the new way FPP are rewarded?
