froze on me 4 times in last 2 days when i was at 6 to 8 heads up tables involved in big pots. they have cost me thousands, sent multiple emails to support and they could care less. id advise against anyone playing there as u never know when this could happen.

Same thing here. Even if it doesn't cause you to completely lage out of a pot it tends to tilt the hell out of me (and I'm sure others as well).

edit: yes, timeouts do to crap like this a [censored] lame.

Recently I am having serious problems playing 10 tables or more on FTP - it becomes unbelievably laggy to the point of hopelessness, and frequently will freeze for 10-15 seconds at a time.

I've moved to Stars now, which sucks in its own unique way too.
