Default NL200: 4-betting with QJs

I don't 4-bet a lot. This is standard right?
Villain 39/13/8 over 160 hands.
I am 25/15 at the table over 45 hands.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($213.10)
CO ($186)
Hero ($451.90)
SB ($189)
BB ($587.45)
UTG ($410.95)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB (poster) raises to $20</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $70</font>, SB calls $49.

Flop: ($142) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero moves all-in, villain has 120 left.

There is no better board for this move than this one.

Flop looks good, nothing much else to do.

Preflop i dont like it at all if this is something that you do often.

Meh. This move is well-executed, but you don't need to 4bet preflop against randoms at 1/2. If he's been 3betting a lot, or if you think he's putting a move on you for some reason, OK, but for no reason I think it's marginal.
