Default 3/6 My what a big pot you have

10 handed Crypto 3/6 (from before the legislation).

I raise UTG with AJs and four people cold call. The SB, who just sat down last hand, makes it three and the BB calls. I call and so do the next two - then the CO caps it. CO started this hand with $16.50, and so will have only 1.5SB remaining after the flop. He could have almost anything here. Button now drops out, and everyone else calls. Everyone here has stats to match the play so far, with the BB being the 'tight' one at 37/9. I have no stats on SB, however.

Six to the flop for 26 SB.

Flop is 883, two suits, none of my suit. SB leads out and BB folds.

I fold.

it's okay. you often aren't seeing the turn for the odds you are presently getting, there is no way of winning the pot without a showdown given the all-in player and the other's descriptions, you are often against a bigger ace that's going nowhere and your jack outs may not even be a winner against a bigger pocket pair AND the flush draws that are possibly out in such a multiway pot. i LOVE huge pots, and any reasonable chance i have to hang around to see what kind of hand i can draw to i will take but it just isn't there this hand. give me a bd flush draw and i would call, though. give me a guarantee of seeing the turn for one sb and i guess i would call, but that is going to be the case never based on the pf action and the players descriptions so again, it's an okay fold.

SB pretty much never 3-bets here without a big pair, AK or maybe AQs, all of which are ahead of you on this flop. Even though the pot is huge, I think it's fine to fold.
