Default Dumb Question About Casino Vega Bonus

First of all I want to thank aka23 for his website and help. I played the Casino Vega bonus and met the wagering requirements. I ended up $170 to the good from my play and now have my $150 deposit, my $170 in winnings, and my $300 bonus in my account for a total of $620. I realize that if I cash out now I'll lose the $300 in bonus money and thus will only be able to cash for $320. The following strategy is recommended at aka23's website:

Obviously begin by meeting the 30xB playthrough on blackjack. At this point, you will be able to play your 200% bonus. Unfortunately, if you receieved the maximum bonus, you will not be able to bet the full bonus at once due to a $150 BJ table limit and a $125 roulette table limit. You can get around these limits by betting on 18 numbers, instead of red/black. For example, lets say you ended with a $150 cash balance and $300 bonus balance. To bet $450 at once, place $25 on each of the numbers between 1 and 18. If you win, your balance will be $900 cash and $0 bonus. All of it is cash because of the unique Parlay software rule mentioned above. This is a $750 gain on a $150 deposit!

To reiterate I now have $620 in my account which consists of $150 deposit money, $170 in winnings and the $300 bonus. If I wager $300 and lose can I still cash out $320? In other words if I wager $300 now and lose does the debit come from the bonus money or the cash from my deposit and winnings or is it debited in some other way?

no, you have to play through the wagering requirement before being allowed to make any withdrawel, at least as I understand it.

The loss would come from the cash account. That's why aka said to "bet it all on one spin", so you can either make the entire balance cashable, or go bust.

I didn't make this clear, I have played through the wagering requirements.

Vega Bonus Description

Bonus Description

Casino Vega offers a 200% match up to $300. on the first two deposits. The bonus has unique and complicated rules. It differs from a typical sticky bonus in one key way. If your bonus balance drops due to losses, any wins on the remaining balance are immediately converted from bonus to cash. You do not need to exceed the original balance to make a cashout. An example will make this more clear.

Let's say you have a bonus balance of $200 and a cash balance of $0. If you bet $100 on red in roulette and lose, then your bonus balance drops to $100. If you bet $100 on roulette again and win, then overall balance is back at $200. But this time all $200 is cashable. When making the second bet your balance drops to $0 temporarily as the remaining $100 is being bet. The $200 win is all returned as cash, as winnings are cashable.

I'll probably bet $25 and then see how much I can withdraw after I lose a bet.

Yeah that's what I was afraid of. I think I'll probably just cash out and re-deposit a second time at a later date.

What you would have to do is wager your entire balance on one wager. Then you'll either have double your balance that you can cash out, or 0$. It's like a coinflip for 4x your cashable balance.

Thanks. Yes I agree but now I've won $170 in meeting the WR. Therefore I'm risking $320 of my money instead of $150. So if it's a coin flip I win $300 of the sticky half the time for an EV of 1x my cash instead of 2x my cash if I figured it right. Still a good deal but I'll probably withdraw. If I could withdraw $170 only and give it a go I would. Instead I'll probably redeposit at a later date and give it a go. Maybe I'm being too conservative but I can get the same EV at others as I can get now combining my winnings and cash. Anyway all comments welcome.

They probably would get pissed, but betting 16 on each number on roulette and the rest on black and red would get you the bonus.

Default Final Resolution at Casino Vega

As you can see from the date of my original post that it's taken awhile to resovle the situation at Casino Vega. Also I think the sign up bonus is structured differently than when I made this post. I think the main issue at Casino Vega is their software isn't all that good. I'm not an unhappy customer in the least as I figured that eventually I'd get the money. With that said.

I did bet all the money on roulette distributing the bets on all the numbers and black and red. After I did that I went from $320 in my cash account ($150 deposit plus $170 in winnings) and $300 in my bonus account to $590 in my cash account and $0 in my bonus account. I called customer support and they were basically no help in determining whether or not I had reached my WR for the bonus. As I would come to find out the only ways that I could find to get an accurate $ wagered for WR was to figure it out myself from the hand histories or try and cash out. When you were denied a cashout, you can get a $ wagered amount at the time you cashed out. Anyway customer service stated that if all the bonus money went to my cash account I had met my WR. I tried to cash out and it was denied because I had not met my WR. I was about half way there. Actually my wife plays for the bonuses so she continued to play BJ and I won another $110 putting our total at $700 in our cash account. We tried to cash out a couple of days later and had still not met the WR. She played some more and won another $200 and put the amount in the account at $900. At this point I was certain that the WR had been met. Due to the request cashouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday rule; I requested a cashout on Friday for $500 and it was transferred to Neteller on the following Monday. The reason I only cashed out $500 was the other crazy rule that you can only cashout $500 per week. So I then waited until the following Friday to cashout the remaining $400 so it would hit on the subsequent week. I know anyone familliar with Casino Vega's rules knows what's coming next. By this time it had been more than 2 weeks since I had made my initial deposit. My $400 cashout was denied because of that crazy 2 weeks rule where if you haven't made a deposit in 2 weeks you can't cash out. Well you can't make a deposit either . So I called customer service. BTW customer service has always been very cordial and polite on the phone. No complaints there, they just don't have too much information to give you or no authority regarding cashouts. You have to email the floor manager to get info on cashouts. I emailed the floor manager and they sent me an email stating to try my cashout again and they would audit my account and try to do the cashout. I submitted the cashout again on the following Wednesday and nothing happened last Friday. I emailed the floor manager over the weekend and I received my cashout today.
