Default non poker book rec for poker players

Another thread in this forum inspired me to share a book I like and I feel has given me a better perspective on poker. As someone whose relatively new to poker I've seen it in myself and friends after we've gone through our first serious win streak: the idea that we're really good and 'there' (as in unstoppable and pro... lol) (only to be humbled shortly thereafter). Anyway, read if you are in the mood and leave your feedback. Good on a lot of levels:

cool, good recs (though NYPL doens't carry the toa is silent [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]... )

as for movies somehow I always thought The Godfather qualified! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Agree totally. Cat's Cradle and Breakfast of Champions are total classics in my opinion. Slaughterhouse Five has to be my favourite, though.
