Seems like a clear call on the river.
Several draws have missed and if he actually had a better hand wouldn't he have done something with it before the river?

I don't see how this can be a call
If I read this right you have to call 225 to win 675 or something so you need to be ahead 1/3rd of the time to break even. Average players don't check push on a bluffm and unless he is amazingly bad he knows one pair is not a great hand at this point so I think this type of player will extremely rarely be behind here. I fold quickly.
