Good point, although I think all in all, it would come up to about $80 or $100, as several forms and filings are required(maybe not in NY, I'm not too sure).
There's also the time it takes for the individual also adds up quite a bit.. The same people who have 1600 to tie up also can make a good amount of money playing online, so the cost of taking 3 hours off to handle all of this is quite significant.

But either way, chopstick, we're mostly in agreement, and are only differing on a small technicality, but we both see that it the highest EV to do as you said.. watch things and hope that we can settle this all through getting paid online.

so why don't you cancel the transfer and do what metetron said? $25 too much to put out of your own pocket?

I don't think you understand the situation. NETeller is requiring several verification documents and forms be submitted (and resubmitted...and resubmitted again) before they release the funds into my account. As such, unfortunately, cancelling the EFT's and initiating a bank transfer won't help. I'm in the process of trying to clear everything up...you guys don't think I'd just like to get payouts completed and get you all off my back?

EDIT: I've had several requests to send their payouts via PayPal (as opposed to their selected NETeller). This is actually much easier for me as I am then able to utilize MassPay, however, because the funds have already been allocated to NETeller, I would have to see about cancelling the EFT's and waiting for the funds to be returned to my bank account. Nonetheless, I'd certainly be willing to consider this, but I'm unsure it would bring things to a resolution any faster. Thoughts?

I agree with longish post above, nh. With that being said, for preemptive thinking, what do we know about this guy? Full name, address, etc?

Apart from legal actions, what could he, hypothetically, expect to happen if he doesn't go through paying everyone? What's the current state of punishing affiliate cheaters? Could he, hypothetically, expect anonymous phone calls at night for years to come? I'm no expert on this...

(He owes me $250)

Fantastic post, atomatic.

FON, my preference is that you leave things the way they are and continue to stay on top of the Neteller situation while keeping us up to speed. Screwing around with cancelling and resubmitting through PayPal, etc may be no better.

Please continue the updates.

thank you for the updates FON.

If neteller becomes imnpossible then I would be willing to set up a paypal account to take care of it (I don't have one currently) but I really don't care either way as long as I actually do get paid.

Very nice post atomatic. Thanks for speaking up.

So to conclude...
However, until the time where we are sure that we have no chance,

Prior to the 20th atomatic, folks like yourself were saying 'Lets just settle down and give him till the 20th to make good'. So when is that time, when is time to say 'Yep he aint paying'?

Contractually he was required to pay us ON OR BEFORE THE 20th OF OCTOBER. So how long do you give him to make payments. 1 week? 2 weeks? A month? 6 months? A year? Forever?

Also I dont quite buy the 'Oh look FON is still here, so that proves he is going pay, otherwise why would he still be posting'. Maybe FON has no intention of paying and gets his sh1ts and giggles from seeing how long he can dangle the carrot of payment in front of us before we either give up or try to do something. When dealing with people on the internet I have learned to expect the worst of them. Operating under the guise of anonymity with faceless strangers tends to bring out the scum in people.

I personally think Homers timeline post is probably the best estimation of the outcome of this whole saga.

Still haven't been paid...

[/ QUOTE ]

Your manual credit request is still pending...until it is approved by the advertiser, you will not be approved on CasinoCashUnlimited.com.

Regarding payments, I've explained the situation and apologize for the delay...but I'm unsure how you all would like me to get NETeller payments out before they clear the funds into my account?

[/ QUOTE ]

Regardless, the reason it hasn't been approved is because of YOU. You messed up the manual credit requests and I should've been approved. I should be getting my money regardless because it is your fault. You admitted that it was as well, so I will be expecting payment

He made an EFT deposit in Neteller on the 11th.

that is 7 business days before the 20th, and at the usuall 3-5 NT takes a full 2 days extra to allow for error.

Now friday he found out it didn't go through and posted. Friday night, saturday, and sunday weren't business days so they don't even count. Why you people continuted to hound him for updates before monday really amazes me. Really it's been two days, Monday and Tuesday.

Now I don't know how long you should wait before you pursue the legal action you speak of but i'd at least wait longer than 2 days before giving up. Also if he cancelled the EFT's and went through Paypal it would be another 3-5 days for them to process it.

add in the extra week it would take for everyone to set up and confirm a paypal account that doesn't have one.

You are probably better off waiting a week to see if NT allows the transfer.

and to the people that said he should have already had the money in his NT to pay people. Why do you think he made you wait untill October 20th for payment? It was because he can't pay you, untill he gets paid. To assume that he has $20,000 lying around is crazy.
