Folded to hero who bets 4bb. BB calls.

Flob comes with 3 unsuited undercards - Jack high - no straights.

Hero bets the pot and BB calls.

Now what? Check fold?

Well, yeah but don't raise quite so much PF (3xBB is a better amount) and don't bet pot on the flop, make it like 2/3rds.
