SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets t600</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to t2100</font>, Hero thinks...

I think I was playing with Monsters Under My Bed because I thought he was slowplaying with QQ+ pre-flop, and I folded. Horrible? I went with my gut reaction and folded there without thinking much about the hand. But the more I think about it, the more I think my JJ was best. This doesn't look like a good place to be folding my overpair.

no one can answer this since the optimal play is heavily dependant on reads

Yeah, I like on the bubble. Very read dependent though.

It looks here like he's using the fact that he can't go broke this hand to his advantage. I don't think I could personally get away from this. The presence of the BB getting a little low also seems like it might play into your decision. Its just really an awkward hand all around.

As everyone else has said this one is really read dependant. Generally speaking how was villain playing? How often was he calling bets? How often was he defending his blinds?

If villain had been tight up until this point I could get away from this hand but I can't see myself getting away from this hand against the typical opponent.

On a semi-related note does the 600 bet on the flop seem a bit weak to anyone else? To me that looks to be the type of bet a typical player would make after missing the flop which could cause a decent villain to try to re-steal with a lesser hand.

If there were a genuine short stack I think I could find a fold. As is, BB has 12+ BBs and is in no immediate danger of busting. So just get it in.
