Dylan puts out one of his best albums (and my favorite but that's besides the point) AND IT ISN'T EVEN THE BEST ALBUM OF THE YEAR! Here's a hint. 1975 - Bruce Springsteen, Born to Run (and I don't think it is even that close, flame away. keep in mind if effing love Dylan, and Blood... is ridiculously amazing)
