I find its easier to use phone support. There is some T&C info at http://www.casinovega.com/banking.asp?topic=cashout and http://www.casinovega.com/info.asp?topic=policy . I summarize the rules and list strategy at http://www.beatingbonuses.com/vega.htm

I'm still not clear about how this "sticky" bonus becomes cashable. Winward was easy to tell, because the software clearly stated what your cashable balance was at any time. I see no such feature here.

I was running well at blackjack when I recieved the bonus, so I just kept with it, instead of following the roulette strategy. My balance is currently $1050 and since I haven't put the entire balance down on one bet ($150 max), should I assume the $300 is still a sticky? And my cashable is $750?

I thought I'd get your thought here first before I just call the 800 number. Is this a reputable site that will give me clear information, or might they play games with me as some sites have?

Sorry I missed this one.

You have to bet the sticky bonus for it to become cashable. You could bet all $1050 on a single spin by placing $58 on each number 1 to 18 as discussed in the Casino Vega summary. However, I strongly recommend against this. Instead, just cash out after meeting wagering and forfeit the bonus. Congratulations on your win!

It has been my experience that phone support is helpful and will not intentionally decieve you. However, they given me incorrect information on more than one occasion.

[/ QUOTE ]I see. Has anyone actually received a bonus of more than $300? aka23 mentioned on his site that support told him the max bonus was $600 but the system was still limiting the bonus to $300. So even if they now say the max bonus is unlimited, that same system limitation might still limit the bonus to $300.
