Sashimi at home

had the fresh caught striped bass sashimi last night. It was freakin awesome. Seriously recommend this. The dudes we were fishing with cut up the fish and let it sit in lime juice for a few minutes. Then chow down. The texture was firm and crisp. The flavor delicious.
