It woulde be nice if you would post what the error message says ;-)

Without I can only guess...

1) You opened up dwhg BEFORE you had Bodog open. Solution: First Bodog then dwhg.
2) You had tables open. Solution: dwhg can only mine tables if they are opened AFTER dwhg was opened.
3) There is an error we aren't aware of. Solution: post the error message's text.

[/ QUOTE ]

4) You have no .NET Framework 2.0 installed. Solution: Please download it here. and install it.

You have to select Game Details instead of Game Details and check the first three checkboxes.

EDIT: I see that a previous poster posted about this exact same error -- doesn't look like it was ever addressed though...

Ugh! Well now that I checked all the boxes, it seems that it's WRITING the HH files properly, but PT is still unable to import them. Here's the error it's giving me:

And here's an excerpt from the corresponding HH file that I was telling PT to import (which resulted in the above error):

The link is fixed.

Please be aware: the newest version(1.1.0.2) has a new own hhf format. Poker Tracker has the specs for this format and is supporting it as soon as possible.

The last version using the Party Poker hhf format is the Beta version (v1.0.0.13). If you additionally want to use the Beta version without limitations write a mail to dwdesk@gmail.com. We will send you the Beta versionas well. The license works for both versions, v1.1.0.2 (final release) and v1.0.0.13b (last beta).

Default PROPS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I missed the place for the serial # while purchasing, and kept getting e-mails sent back when I tried to contact DogWatch. Before I could come on here to try to contact them, they e-mailed me about the serial #. This was less than 10 minutes after purchase. Mad props for your customer service! I'm very pleased!

Hi,

the problems are very insane at the moment. For example: we tested the PayPal payment several times yesterday. It was working for us. We don't know what happened. Very strange behaviour. We set it up again today. We will add Neteller as an additional payment option soon.

We were testing the email problem you had a short time ago. Going through all pages we posted the address and all worked for us with different email accounts. Please send us some feedback if it works for you. And ensure to tell us the address which doesn't work.

Guys: i know there's the new HH format, but did u ever actually figure out why some of us were having the problem i posted about w/ the OLD format? I actualy would prefer the HHs in the old (Party-style) format, but it's not clear whether you ever figured out the bug that was preventing them from being imported into PT.

EDIT: Wait, what do u mean by an "own HHF format"?? You were saying before that you were going to make your format one that emulated the Stars HH format rather than the Party HHf format...so is this what you did?? Or is this some new third type of format?? If so, can i even import hands into PT yet??? Or do i have to wait until PT officially adopts some sort of bodog standard.?
