Heads Up on Neteller, Slow to Credit Account

This may be nothing, but I initiated a deposit into my Neteller account last Saturday and it still had not shown up in my account as of Friday evening. I called and they told me there were now general delays in processing and the funds would not be credited to my account for 3 more business days, a total of 9 days.

However, they did not have any trouble getting the funds from my bank account. They were able to accomplish that within 48 hours of my request.

Not sure what's going on over there. But just a heads up to everyone.

Anyone else having similiar issues? Please note I use the free method and not the insta-cash function.

I did one last week and it took like 7 business days. Definately longer than normal but it got done

Initiated EFT from B of A to Neteller Oct 12. Still not in my Neteller account. CS rep evasive/ignorant of why.

I'm a litte concerned about a cashflow situation here. they were very quick to take the money from my bank account, but now say they are too busy to credit me for the funds.

I requested a 5k cashout Tuesday to PNC bank and it hit my account last night/this morning. Probably depends more on the bank than Neteller would be my guess

Same Here. Oct 12th deposit request is still pending. No reply to my e-mail sent Oct 19th so far. I'm assuming they are just understaffed right now??

I had the same problem: requested money last Friday, money out of my bank 2 days later, but still not credited at Neteller a full week later. I took a screenshot of my bank statement showing that the funds had cleared my bank, and they "pushed" the money to my Neteller account.

FWIW, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Last month, I requested an EFT and again the money was out of my bank in 2 days but Neteller took five full business days (which spilled over into the following week) to credit my account. I suspect they're deliberately dragging their feet so as to encourage people to use instacash.
