Default AKs flops nothing, turns nice draw, rivers TPTK

Live 5/10 NL 9-handed. This hand seems like a somewhat common situation and I wanna get some advice on how to play it best.

Villian just arrived from the mustmove one orbit ago so I don't know much about him. He raises from UTG+2 to $40. I call on button with AcKc sitting on about $600. Villian covers. Blinds fold.

Flop comes Qd 8d 4c ($95 in pot)

He checks. 1St question - should I check along or bet? I decide to bet $65. He calls.

Turn comes Tc ($225 in pot)

He checks. I check.

River comes As ($225 in pot)

Villain bets $125. I?

Calling seems obvious although his line doesn't really make any sense for worse hands.

Flop: Cbet is standard

Turn: Depends, sometimes bet, if you suspect he's looking you up light, and won't raise too often, but a free card is pretty nice here, too.

River: Call and beat Ax[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] You COULD raise, but it's pretty thin, and he'll have aces up or better, a decent amount..

I think raising the river is pretty bad. I'd call and pray he just has one queen instead of two.

oops. I see AKs, and I assume OP was PFRer.

Flop bet is still fine by me.

EDIT: Re-raise PF.

I called and he had 3 tens. In retrospect, I think it was good that I checked the turn because he mightve checkraised me enough to price me out of my draw.
