Default Defending BB against EP/MP raiser

I have been wondering why I am losing 0.27/hand on the big blind. I try to defend against possible steals from LP raisers whenever it seems profitable. I recently noticed that in the BB against an EP or MP raiser, I defend much less often because I am more certain that raisers from early positions have more legitimate starting hands, (AK, AQ, AJ, KQ etc..) and who are not intending their raise as a steal in the first place. So when everybody folds to an EP/MP raiser and its one bet for me to call to go heads up, I have been very inclined to fold. I am confinced that this is the reason for my losing so much from the BB. My question is what hands should I be calling EP/MP raisers with when its 1 bet to close the action from BB to get it heads up?
