For preflop strangeness I usually use level-action-cards-position:
1-2-AA-MP (level 1 he min bet with AA in middle position)
2-3 3L-AQs-LP (level 2 he 3x bet with 3 limpers in front with AQs in late postion)
2-Lpush-EP (here I don't know his cards but I know he probably limp pushed a monster)

Post flop is more like:
PB-FD-IP (pot bet flush draw in position)
CR-TPWK-OP (check raised top pair weak kicker out of position)

I don't know what the most valuable one is, I suppose anyone that prevents a mistake I would have made if the note wasn't there.
