I don't like the check/call on the flop. Being OOP with 4 players in a hand where you whiffed on a coordinated flop, I check/fold here.

I think the flop call is debatable. People easily could have Ax, meaning that you're reverse dominated.

[/ QUOTE ] That's a very specific hand against opponents who can easily have almost anything. 12-1 + last to act + backdoor flush draw = very easy call. Actually even if someone does have a split pair with ace kicker it's still probably 12-1 for about 3.5 outs. Not a very significant Sklansky mistake. Compare that with folding at 12-1 carrying 6 good outs and a live backdoor, which is something that will also happen now and then. |
