Default WPEX - Failure to start

So I try to log on to WPEX about a half hour ago. I hit the desktop icon. It appears to do an update. I give the updated program permission through my firewall. An outline of the lobby window appears with the message

"This program has failed to start because rtl60.bpl was not found. Reinstalling this application may fix this program."

Also, a small black window appears to the side titled
C:\Program Files\WorldPX\Reglnit.exe

I close everything and click the WPEX desktop icon and AOL starts up. My primary internet connection is a separate cable broadband service -- Adelphia. I was logged on to AOL (not as an internet connection but for mail and browsing) when I first hit the WPEX desktop icon. Also after the first deletion to reinstall, I logged on to WSEX through my AOL browser to reinstall the poker client.

I delete and attempt to reinstall 4 times. Same result.

Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone explain this? Help correct this?

Mods--If this is in the wrong forum, please move.

I emailed WPEX. They responded immediately and explained that it was a firewall protocal problem. I misclicked a firewall option. Problem solved!
