He could have anything from top/midpair to flushdraw. Flushdraw is probably the most likely but you have like what - $3 left into $14 pot. It's not horrible to check I guess, but he'd pay that off with any pair so I think getting maximum value is the way to go here.

He is calling the turn and the river with lots of worse paired hands. Stick it in.

If you were a lot deeper, like $15 more behind, I think I might be more inclined to check, with the stack you have left, it's nobrainer imo.
