As a former Jetset player (Had no money in however when they closed) I would suggest some patience. Their support was top notch when they were running no need to panic. If they said they were going to cut the checks in 12 weeks, then wait 3 months, then panic if no money by then. Sun Poker I believe is doing the same thing pretty much.

Never had they said they would cut checks in 12 weeks. Look at their home page-no mention what so ever about pay outs. That is a bit odd.

This came the Monday before the shutdown:

So they already knew at that time. Woul dhave been nice for them to send an e-mail to all players letting them know they were shutting down for good. With no response to e-mail and NOTHING on their home page saying you will even get paid one has to wonder.

Several micro players on another forum (pokervoyeurs) are saying they received their balances to neteller or firepay. These were all small like 50$ or so. I'm not holding my breath, but it may be a small glimmer of hope.
