Neteller Card ATM withdraw problem!

Hi. Don't worry about this issue. You will get your money in aprox. 1-2 weeks, if everything is as you described.
The bank has tools to check if there is money that the ATM says has been withdrawn but hasn't been delivered. They just need to check the ATM real balance in order to give you your money.
HOwever, as neteller relies on the ATM network as soon as you withdraw money from the neteller to your card, they need to ask the bank to do this tracing.

This is a common problem in ATMs. Email NETELLERcard @ neteller.com and they will get to you soon.
Don't panic. This will be solved.
