Default Bonus Whores Website

Sorry if this was already posted, but I just went to the bonuswhores.com and recieved a message that said I could not access the site because of the state I am from. There was another option that you could click if you that information was incorrect. Anyone else get this message? And why would that site be illegal for US citizens to go to?

I know about the bill but I didn't think it would prohibit me from going to a website that does not directly provide online gaming.

they're an affiliate for online gambling... it's probably safe.

I believe the owners of Bonus Whores are from the US.

just say no, you are not from whatever state. BW likens it to a porn site asking if you are over 18.

I guess you didn't hear it either. There is no anti gambling bill in the US government.

The bill was, yet again to be explained, written to say that it's illegal for any domestic financial instituions to provide transactions for the purpose of online gambling.

The law DOES NOT ANYWHERE state that it's illegal to gamble online. Currently about a dozen states including Nevada have a law in place that says all gambling online is illegagl. There is no federal law banning internet gambling. Please learn the laws before you missquote them like every other newspaper in the country has.

btw, Neteller is legal as it's offshore (except MD)

photoc i bow to your 5k+ post count, but that person did not say they passed a bill making gambling illegal, he said an anti-gambling bill was signed. since it was meant to inhibit one's ability to gamble, i would say that's anti-gambling, no?

i thought if that person's comment was flamed it would be more like "not an anti-gambling bill but a completely unrelated bill with an anti-gambling (or "an anti-depositing-to-casinos" if you prefer) clause fiendishly piggybacked on it". love and kisses,
