Million - you sir have come a long way. When experimenting with food, there will always be winners and losers. The more experienced you get, the greater the percentage of winners. Do not give up. Your sandwich looked delish fwiw. Only suggestion would be no need for mustard when using specialty mayo...and always use more mayo than you think is necessary. See you at homecoming.
