I need help setting my avatar..If I see an image surfing the web i want to use..what do i do next? Prob silly question but i am having problems..TY.. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

My Home -> Personal Info/Email etc/-> scroll down until you see "your current avatar... select URL to your avatar" paste the link to your avatar and save the changes.

To host an image go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload your photo, then copy and paste the direct link to image in the URL to your avatar space and save.

So i found the image and uploaded it onto image shack..When i copied and paste the link to: URL to your Avatar then click on submit this keeps popping up:

We cannot proceed.

Current password is not correct.

Please use your back button to return to the previous page.

I am logged in with my correct password..???

You have to re-enter your password on that page. Up at the top.

After you click My Home -> Edit Personal Info, before you can add your avatar you must enter your password in the "current password" box at the top of the page, then scroll down and paste the URL to your avatar in the appropriate box and save from there.

after i DL pic in image shack it gave me this for thumnail for forums
