I would raise this donk bet, the guy seems like a donk himself so don't back off until he really shows you something.

I've seen this too many times... and it's almost always trouble. Call him down, bet if checked to, and expect to see trip tens most of the time.

not sure why calling down is better than raise/fold to three bet. He either has a good draw, a slowplayed straight, or a Ten(maybe a terribly played jack). I doubt you're getting threebet by anything that you have a chance of beating, and you get more action from a jack/draw.

Raise. He raised pre flop UTG. What hands with a 10 in it often raise PF UTG? Not many. If he caught a set of Jacks or 9s, he'll let you know.

calls the turn, and will raise a river brick. if the river sucks, just call down.

it would suck to get re raised on the turn.
