You can either use a camera or use the print screen key.

Hit Printscreen
>Then open wordpad by going to start>run>Type wordpad
>After wordpad opens go to edit>Paste

If your screen is a CRT, and you use a camera, you need to use a slow shutter speed (1/30 sec. or slower) or you will only get part of the screen.

Camera's seem pretty silly. I'd take a screen capture with the PrntScrn button, and then paste it into MSPaint.
