Well I think you know what I'd do. Even on top 25% for villain, this is a +.8EV call.

Yeah you have to call here. You are getting just too good of a price, even if you are ~ a 55/45 dog. You only have to win about 40% of the time to play this pot.
It is close at 200/400. You are getting about 3:2 so you have to win ~45% of the time. The optimal pushing range is in the neighborhood of 30-35%. I would still call as I'm taking any edge I can find. |

I don't make the call with 200/400 blinds, but fairly easily make it with 300/600

For 200/400, SNGPT puts it at +.1%EV, with villain on top 25. Pretty thin indeed. Also villain's gonna be pushing with less at BB400 than 600.

Yeah. Blinds 200/400 not much room for an edge left, but definitely more than .1%
