I do not own anything related to the site as Dean suggests. Things are looking up though, I expect this will all be over with very soon

Cheers

I have two small cashouts pending (both around $1,100) from Pokes to NETeller. One was requested on 9/30 and the other on 10/3. I haven't seen anything yet... These people need to get their sh1t together.

Default Pokes might be OK after all!

OK, I just wrote them an e-mail about my two cashouts. Here's what I said:

Why haven't these been processed yet? I'm presently generating at least $11,000 in gross rake for Pokes each month, and if you look at your logs you'll see that I always go out of my way to attempt to get new mid-stakes (10/20 - 50/100) games started and/or keep them running. Your job is to keep the site running and move my money per my instructions. If my cash outs are not processed in a timely manner, I will cash it ALL out and move to another site. It really is that simple.

I look forward to your timely and thorough response.

...and this is their reply...I believe from the site owner.

We are working to end all issues surrounding the delays and these issues are very important to us. We do respect respect your contributions to this site and we will be inviting you as a VIP once we are able to facilitate this service. This will include superfast withdrawals, a private e-mail and perhaps phone line, and exclusive promotions.

In the mean time we are able to extenuate our circumstances somewhat to provide you with speedier withdrawals regardless. You will have to e-mail us as you place a withdrawal though and we will then expedite it.

As for your current outstanding withdrawals, these will be in your NETeller account within an hour.

Thanks,
Cashier Support

Sure enough, my cashouts were completed within an hour. I guess it pays to be the squeaky wheel sometimes. At any rate, it seems that the controlling intrest behind PokesPoker.com has his sh1t together after all!

I am fairly certain that Pokes uses Futurebet as a cashier system. On the irishcurve08 thread, irish stated that he was having trouble cashing out from pokes. Jeffrey, a rep from OnGame, stepped in to help him and said, and posted:

"In respect to your situation, you should have learned yesterday afternoon (Sept 13 at about 7PM EST) that your money was on its way to you. As you requested to FutureBet, $10,000 is now in your Neteller account and the remainder is on its way to you by cheque via FedEx."

It appears here that Futurebet handles Pokes' cashouts.

I didnt read the whole thread, but does anyone else find it strange that the guy posted private info about this guys transaction history? I mean Im sure no ones gonna go intercept the fedex check or hax0rz his neteller, but still, this doesnt seem like a very proffessional business. Ill never put money on this network.

I made a withdraw of 4k almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I assumed there were no problems until today when I checked my neteller, this is f@cked up.
Send them an email today, will alert the board when I receive payment.

This happens time and time again with Futurebet. They have been rogued from Casinomeister twice and any search of Futurebet comes up with nightmares like this.Stay away from this and any other FB. No matter how much they promise "we are not slow like Futurebet" this seems to always happen. The only exception is Full Contact.

regarding pokes it seems that many of the lower stakes players are having no trouble cashing out. ITs when you get into the thouands and tens/hundreds of thousands is where the problem lies. I dont trust pokes the least bit

Were is pokes as per a response. Any problem with holywood and they respond and fix the problem. I cashed out on the bad news and it took over 1 week and hounding to get my $2300. Will not deposit there till they fix the problem. When i e-mailed pokes directly they refer you to there cash provider. Sorry that doesnt work for me
