Default Party Poker.Net Adds still on Travel Channel PPT Sat Oct 14

Mistake, oversight, already paid for?

I cant see why Party would still be advertising. If this is still going on by next month I will be very suspicious that it is trying to keep their brand in the US until they can get back into the market.

They're probably paid for, and Travel Channel doesn't see any reason to replace them. As I understand it, the *.net ads aren't illegal, because they're for free-games only.

Suuure they are. See, this is the kind of dodge that would be quickly done away with if online poker were regulated and taxed in the U.S. It'd be like Chili's advertising their hard drink specials by showing people drinking and carousing, but putting a note on the bottom that "these are the non-alcoholic versions." You can't do it.
