In very small print at the bottom it probably says "$50 FREE CHIP has 10,000 times playthrough and you won't be able to make any deposits of your balance until playthrough is completed. In addition this bonus will be deducted from your balance upon cashout"

I got the same email. What could they do with that? Im waiting on a 1400 pound withdraw since Sept 21. Anyone not got paid? Worst casino ever by the way.
