cheese can be utilized on certain sandwiches to hold other ingredients (like sauteed mushroom slices).

Seriously, where's the restaraunt sandwich/burger flip come from?
I've seen it mentioned in threads and never caught the explanation. I would very much like to know. I feel as if I am missing something by not doing this. What is the reasoning behind it? |
