PokerStars Declining Deposits?
If this has already been discussed, please close this thread and direct me to the other.
I just tried to deposit via eCheck on PokerStars for $500.00 (my apparent weekly limit). I made two attempts and both were declined. Is this a result of the legislation? |

It's not the result of the legislation.

Re: PokerStars Declining Deposits?
I just got an email from Stars:
"Your deposit request was declined by Pstar Payments (the company that processes PokerStars eCheck transactions). To deposit using eChecks, you may either try to make your eCheck deposit again in 12-24 hours, or you may make another eCheck deposit request now for a smaller amount". Not quite sure what this means. Their site says that their deposit limit is $500. |

Re: PokerStars Declining Deposits?
I had a problem like this before, I believe. I think it has something to do with identity information not being found?

I have same problem before and customer support told me that's the problem. gl. |
