id bet here as the last money im willing to put in this pot. I think you are losing more than you win... but the bet seems to minimize your loses because most players will bet out river after you check, occassionally costing you the whole pot when you were ahead. I'd rather lose an extra bet than a whole pot

Thanks to all who did the math. Given something a bit higher than a 1/3 chance the villain holds a club, then a bet/fold sound right here.

If you bet the turn and he just calls, then he checks on a blank river, do you bet or check behind?
