Default Funding my poker accounts??

Hello,
I was wondering how exactly this is affected. I know it is a ban on credit cards and bank facilities to fund online casinos.

Can I still use Neteller? and can I fund Neteller with my checking account?

If they are also including wire transfers, then is Neteller considered a wire transfer?

What are my options to fund my poker accounts?

Do I need to setup an offshore bank account and can I fund that account through my local bank account?

If I need an offshore bank account, where is a good place to find one?

If I want to transfer money out of my poker account, what is the best way to get the money to me legally??

I know some of this sounds pretty simple, but I have been trying to find out good information and everything I have read is vage. Please help answer these for me as I am wanting to do this by the book so to keep playing online.

Read through the stickies. All your questions are answered there.

Neteller is fine for now.
