I recently got high-speed internet at home over the summer, and for some reason, my modem has an South African IP address. For example, if I tried to sign up at sites that auto-detected my home country, they come up with South Africa.
Does this mean I can keep playing on sites that ban US players? |

most likely yes. do a search for an ip locator though. i'd be curious if they come up with the same results.

Do a trace route. This can be done by START->Run->cmd and in cmd type "tracert twoplustwo.com"

[/ QUOTE ] Why would you want to. The biggest sites will have the best game selection. The biggest site will also be where the Americans go. Makes no sense to keep playing at a site just because you can when no one is home. |
