For those who has their money stuck in Hype, what did you guys end up doing? Damn them!

I would recommend BJ with bets as small as you can stand to meet the WR. I think I did the math and with $10 bets it would take 4 hours to clear. So decide how much time you are willing to put in and start the grind. I thought Grando was able to get his cashout and forfeit the bonus?

Hi,
I did the Captain Cooke Bonus, completed with a profit of 200 and applied for cashout. Will they proces it despite the ban of US customers? Will i have problems with notarized utility bills and other nonsense identification?

Captain cook doesn't require any utility bills or ID when cashing out. Also I doubt they'd steal ur money as they also have non U.S. customers and that would be bad for business.

Hype doesnt look like they will process your cashout with any WR left...one of their operators in chat said the part in the t&c about bonus being forfeited for withdrawals prior to bonus being credited only apply if you have not attempted any games yet. Sounds like made up on the spot B.S. but not much I can do except go wager the rest at BJ...(added surprise, e-mail forfeiting my withdrawal claimed I only had 5K in WR left when I was quite certain it was close to 7.5K)

Hype will also not credit you with any wagering done with baccarat regardless of whether it was done before the new T&C were put up. This means you have to wager 21000 on BJ starting from zero.

I have a cashout pending from hype - their software doesn't have a "my account" area where I can look at it though

I tried to cashout my full balance including bonus and they didn't let me. That's when I talked to the operator and got the word that i have to finish the wr. Started doing some bj at 20/hand...after getting upset at how badly this casino had already screwed me over and noting the small difference now in chance of gain gained by upping bet sizes and of course the fact that bigger bets = ++ev i doubled up to 40/hand...then after a few hands of that decided that this was retarded trying to eek out a small profit from these guys so I decided to treat it like a sticky and started betting half my roll till i got to 900, then went to 400 bets but didn't lose anyway....very lucky streak i must say.. i stopped once i got to 2200 and will wait for some time to elapse before i ask for an update on my wr and my plan to finish the rest. My advice to anyone who still has money on there (maybe it's only you and I grando) treat this like a sticky since the WR are really big, set a target (not sure on how best to do this but if you have 650 then I think 2000 would be ok) reach target by betting very very big and then drop to a regular wager 20/40/whatever. GL.

I got slightly over $1k there and appears that I am in the same boat as you are. They're management is going to make a decision how much of my wagering that I made prior to the change of rules will be counted towards the WR. $20k of blackjack I really do not know how I should do it, I think I don't wanna stick it as I have over $1k already. $10/hand?

How much is the blackjack House edge and how about the rules?
Any tips how I should do this?

The funny thing is that I had only $1065 more to wager in baccarat BEFORE they changed the rules. I have a screenshot of the operator confirming this.

Now they changed the rules, voided my previous wagering, and ask me to wager $20k in blackjack, no thanks! I believe they should count the baccarat wagers that were made prior to the change of the rules towards the WR. How about if I start playing blackjack now, and after wagering of $19k in BJ they change the rules and forfeit my wagering?

I am going to ask their managements decision in this and then make more conclusions. If they do not accept any of the baccarat wagering before they changed the rules, I believe that's a little rogue.
