That can be difficult as more often than not our choices are limited to moron A or moran B, the only real difference being which party they are listed as representing.

While our choices are often moron A or moron B, a bigger problem is the high percentage of voting morons in the US.

Online poker sites need to pool their financial resources, then find some democratic representives, senators, whatever, and campaign on freedom of choice. Slide some cash into the pockets of the right people and i'm sure democrats will do what they can to reverse it.

Money talks. A healthy injection of cash into the democratic party couldn't hurt.

I believe this is incorrect. It could (theoretically) be enforced any time in the next 270 days. 270 is the deadline for them to draft the regulations, NOT the earliest they can go into effect.
