Not hardly, LOL. The places you mention are all around 450ish sq ft in size. The Rio is 600sq ft standard room size. No where near "at least twice the size" but the rooms are indeed nice.

The convention area isn't a whole seperate building itself. Its still attached to the hotel/casino, but its all the way in the back
