unused player points - Will Hill and other card rooms

When I got notified by Will Hill that I couldn't play anymore, I still had unused player points that I had planned on spending to enter a tourney. I can't see any info about points on my account statement.

Has anyone here received compensation for their points from Will Hill or any other poker rooms that cut us off?
