Hello,
I fail to understand why PartyPoker, Firepay, e.t.c failed to come up with the same logic regarding the legislation as PokerStars and others have. How can a company as huge as PartyPoker ban US players while Pokerstars, which is probably as big (Poker) sees otherwise? It doesn't make sense to me. I can only come up with the excuse that Pokerstars chooses to ignore the facts, even though their lawyers came to the same conclusion that PP lawyers did, and decided to see what happens before they pull anything. Anyone care to enlighten me? |

I am sure there is more to it, but the fact that i just mentioned is a pretty big reason why stars is in and party is out. |

Thanks for taking time before making one of the most important decisions in your companies history. It amazes me the others who did the next business day without studying the situation.
