21.....still a virgin

I am about to be turning 21 here very soon, and I am still a virgin. I would like some advice on the issue, but first, here is the story bout how it came about it be.

Not only have am I a virgin, but I have never been in a series relationship with a girl. I got this image in my head during highschool, and that I at least wait for a relationship with a girl then I would deflower myself. Well now i am bout to turn 21, and I dont see myself in a relationship with a girl anytime soon. I also got into my head that I was looking for "the one". and as a result of that, i failed to make a relationships out of small relationships I had with girls to begin with. For a long time i planned a waiting for a good looking girl who is also a virgin, then do it. But that never came about, and the older I get the more I realize that will never happen. What should I do?
1. go to the friendly whore and just get it over with?
2. wait for a relationship with my dream girl?
3. just get in w/e relationship i can get into and get it over it.

Now i would also like to add that I am not bad looking by anymeans, i can clean myself up very nice when I go out. Im bout 6-6'1 tall, and weigh bout 185-190, i work out in a gym. I feel that girls find me cute, because during highschool I was asked out by 2 girls, but for reason at the time i turned them down,(both girls I should add are good looking.) Also been told it many times by girls and like aunts and [censored]. I have a very hard time meeting new people, all my friends I hav, i hav had since early highschool. I dont really even encounter girls anymore. I dont go to a big U or anything, I go to a community college, where there are no partys, and it is very hard to meet people because its just like going to class and thats it. I am a quite person around people I dont know, I dont like people I dont know, and am very annoyed with them. Sometimes at a live poker table in a casino I can go hours without saying a word.
Any advice?
