Sometimes. Other times, it remains ten reds. Sometimes, a player colors the time up.

I don't know why a dealer would do it. I have 2 guesses:

1)The tray needs some reds.
2)The two greens are less likely to get mixed into a pot filled with redbirds.

But I really don't know.
