For N64 Goldeneye ruled. If you're playing multiplayer power weapons is where it's at, either that or handguns with one shot kills.
For SNES if you like RPGs Final Fantasy III was amazing, definitely worth the time to get through. Honorable mentions: Killer Instinct (SNES), Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball (SNES), and Head-on Soccer (SNES)
